Everol Reels have certain features that are unmatched by the competition. Aluminium parts are machined from bars (ANTICORODAL UNI 3571) for high strength and rigidity, polished and gold anodized for corosion free performance. Other quality features include one piece stainless steel shaft, double shielded stailess steel ball bearings, and stainless steel rod clamp, rod braces and harness lugs. But what really sets Everol apart from its competition is the unique and unrivaled Everol drag system - a multidisc forced air cooled floating drag with three scales on the side of the reel which correspond to the amount of line on the spool as indicated by notches on the spool itself.
THE CANYON SPECIAL
Imagine you shrunk a 80 Wide (9/0) reel down to the size of a 30 class reel. Officially launched in February of 2008, the Canyon Special is a 4/0 two speed reel that has the drag capability of a 9/0 reel. At full spool the max drag power is just under 40 pounds, 80 lbs. at half spool, and just under 120 pounds at empty spool. Load this brute with braid and you have a small, light weight package that has massive power to handle almost anything in the sea.
The Canyon Special also maintains a vintage look and feel that so many anglers have become accustomed to with Everol reels. This two-speed reel was designed to fulfill the needs of anglers utilizing monofilament or braided line, perfect for deep dropping, bottom fishing and trolling.
The Canyon Special is a powerful reel in a small package, providing the flexibility to load it with 80-200 pound braid with a 40# leader to catch snapper, or switch to a heavier top shot for big game fish.
Everol's Canyon Special is cooled with forced air, limiting the amount of heat and friction that builds up while fighting big game. The Canyon Special is one of 20 reels in the Everol line-up, including what is believed to be the world's largest reel the Everol 18/0.
Prototype Original Waterproof 12/20
WaterProof 12/20 2 speed (Code name: Magnus)
The Super 12/20 2 speed will be the perfect reel for free lining live bait, casting a wahoo bomb, or live bait fishing for tarpon or sailfish. This reel is about the same size as an Penn International 12, but that is where any comparison between the two ends.
The Super 12/20 can get 18 to 20+ pounds of drag out of the box, which makes it perfectly capable of fishing braided line. On the West Coast having a great drag does not do you much good if you can't get your bait to where the action is, and the Super 12/20 has excellent free spool, which makes the reel perfect for casting a wahoo bomb or fly lining live bait.
Jigger
A new jigging reel is in development. Details can not be publicly released at this time for competitive reasons.
Everol Downrigger Nautilus
The Everol Nautilus Downrigger is simple yet functional. Built with only the most anti-corrosive components, the Nautilus is built to with stand the insidious saltwater environment. The Nautilus can swivel 360 degrees and stop at will, and its ingenious clutch system can be controlled effortlessly with one hand (by simply winding counterclockwise, the ball or Z-Wing can be slowed down until the desired depth is reached-- as measured on the meter counter). The Nautilus can be mounted on a permanent fixing plate where desired or ordered with a gimbaled mount for use in any standard rod holder. The use of the rod holder mounting is perfect for those who only use their downrigger occasionally or for those who do not want to drill holes in their boat for a permanent fixing plate. The Nautilus comes standard with a stainless rod holder, so use of the rod holder mounted Nautilus does not mean that you will lose use of one of your boat's rod holders.

Special Series
The Special Series is the traditional workhorse of the Everol series of reels. With its multi-disc, forced air cooled floating drag system and five double shielded stainless steel ball bearings, the Special Series is ready to take on anything that swims. The Special Series are made using only the finest anticorrosive components (Anticorodal 3571 which is turned by CNC machines then gold anodized with stainless steel AISI 316).
The Everol Two-Speed reels feature a gearbox with stainless steel gears. To provide the highest performance, they are assembled on seven double shielded stainless steel ball bearings and two self lubricating bearings made of FERROZELL (a special material made of cotton fibers permeated with phenolic resin that provides superior performance).
